Hi Dorset Dolphins!

We are excited for the first swim meet of the season on Wednesday at Arden Lake.  See below for some important information about our upcoming meet.  Thanks to all who have already signed up to volunteer.  It looks like we still need someone to cover the first shift for the meet entry role.  

ARRIVE @ 5 PM to get settled and checked-in 

WARM-UPS start @ 5:30 PM 

MEET starts @ 6 PM

PARKING - Arden Lake has a very small parking lot and their HOA is REALLY picky about the parking on the road. Please do not move any of the orange cones, and to follow the signs. This should be marked, but if it's not, do not park one car's length close to the 4 way stop at the entrance.

POOL: The guest side will be on the left when you walk into the gate. There is a large open area where people can set up. The computers will be set up under the gazebo, so no one who isn't working the computers should set up there. They have 4 lanes at their pool.

CONCESSIONS: They accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Venmo. There will be lots of food available (hamburgers, hot dogs, BBQ, homemade goodies, etc.)

EVENTS LIST: We will not have the event list available until the meet at check-in. As a reminder, we will not have a bullpen, so it is your responsibility to make sure your child is lined up for their event.
