Swim Meet 101
Check-in: Home meet check-in starts at 4:45pm. We will not start check-in until 4:45 pm so early arrivers will need to wait to receive their swimmer event sheets until the Check-in volunteers are in place. Please do not flag anyone down to get this for you as we will still be setting up for the meet. Away meet check-in starts at 5:00 or 5:15 pm. If you arrive late after 5:50pm, you will need to see Coach Maeve to get your swimmer event sheet.
Warm-ups: The kids must be ready to be in the water at 5:00 pm for HOME MEET warm-up. So get there at 4:45 pm to get settled if you can. AWAY MEET warm-ups start at 5:30 PM so arrive by 5:15 to get checked-in.
Events List: We will not have the event list available until the meet at check-in. As a reminder, we will not have a bullpen so it is your responsibility to make sure your child is lined up for their event.

Home Meet Parking: We don't have a large parking lot, and it will be reserved for coaches, coordinators, refs, and concessions. All swimmers and parents should park in the Pope High School parking lot. It is located right behind our pool.
Home Meet Spectator set-up: We encourage the spectators to set up in the green area outside of the pool deck. Gazebo will be reserved for time entry and score keepings.
Concessions: Our concession stand will be located inside the gate next to our clubhouse offering hamburgers, hot dogs, drinks, candy, chips, etc.. CASH ONLY
New Parents: You will receive a final meet sheet at swimmer check-in that will give the details on which heat and lane your swimmers are assigned. It will look something like this:
